Change of the legal form: Libelle becomes a Corporation

Change of the legal form: The software specialist for disaster recovery and high availability from now on operates as a corporation under the name of "Libelle AG”.

The entry in the German commercial register is already done. Former Managing Director and new Chairman of the Executive Board Lars Albrecht: “The change to an corporation provides our continuously growing company the advantage of a better international position, in a sustained way. For our customers and business partners nothing changes - also in the future we remain for them the same reliable and innovative partner."

The other postions of the Executive Board are filled by Libelle company founders Hans-Joachim Krüger (CTO) and Jürgen Zipf (CFO). Supervisory Board Chairman is Libelle company founder Georg Hodapp.

For 15 years the company continuously developed know-how in the field of Disaster Recovery and High Availability, and it still grows.
